Father died, officials ignoring job request of son what to do

06-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am in Hyderabad, India. My Father is an employee of D.L.R.L/D.R.D.O (Defence Electronic Research Laboratory) located at Chandrayangutta Hyderabad India. My father had joined this organization as a fire brigade Grade 2, and before his death he was in Store keeper Grade B, as my father died in the academic year of 2004 and he died while he was in service from the next month we are back of the Office Official's regarding the Job and other family Benefits but we didn't get any thing properly. If we meet the Official's they directly say these word's:- 1) Your application has been sent to the Head Office Once we get the Information we will intimate you. 2) You are having a low score which is not acceptable, so you won't get the job(This is said to my mother) There are so many silly reasons which I can't mention over here. What can i do now ?

You can file the complaint with the Senior official in the department and you can also file a RTI seeking an answer to as why the job has not been given to you and state the reasons for the delay or the denial with relevant documents. Please make sure that carbon copy of the complaint or application should also be sent to all the concerned officials and also the Chief minister for a better communication
