Father died during work time, I applied for a job but not getting it

Getting no response/ delay in getting legal heir job from 8 years. My dad worked as an conductor in Transport corporation. He died due to heart attack during work time,In bus.i have applied for leagl heir job within a year. But since 8 years I couldn't get any job based on my qualification(Applied for job inside office). I have completed PG. Kindly suggest.
Employment under compassionate ground is not a legal right. But it can be achieved by legal approach if you can prove that the family of the deceased person have no other means of income to maintain themselves. Better to contact an appropriate lawyer who is practising in High Court.
