False criminal case how can I save my government job

I have two cases pending.First one was on it act 2008,filed by girl's father(2010) and second one was on it act 2008 and ipc 356 d by girl herself(2016).I got a government group A job.Will i b affected?What to do to secure the job?
Answer may vary but for your information you can be suspended only if you remain in jail more than 24 or 48 hours as per your departments rules. Registering case will not give right to department to suspend you.

You have not mentioned that at what staze cases are? If it is initial staze then you can finish it at charge lavel and charge are frame then you can settle the with the complainant other wise on merit also you can win the case as these kinds of cases are very dificult to proof for prosecution.
