Our NGO had saving Account, but our cashier have make Duplicate Account and almost have withdraw 1cr rupes in the naim of NGO , one of our NGO member have file a legal case against him , Can I individually File the legal cash again him at another court.

If a legal case already be filed have to find out whether locus standing is there or not .. or else could be joined as private respondent . have to be more elaborate . If the same account could be a complainant but of the same matter
