F and F settlement amount not received after resignation what to do

I worked past two years and resigned on Sept 2016. But till now not received the F&F settlements . Now they saying the stock variance recovery from me .so they informing us balance has to be pay to the company
You can send a legal notice regarding this issue. Most probably they will comply with. If they don't do so you can file a case in the concerned forum. So don't worry your problem will be solved by a lawyer notice.
