Hi sir i am Rajender from Hyderabad 2 months before my contract has been expired as per company I have submitted everything and as on date F&F process not done so many I have asked but no one responding what should I do sir

please send one final mail to HR and Managing Director for full and final settlement of dues. if you do not get your payment , you can file a summary suit under order 37 of IPC or under Section 9 of insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016
