Extra Money Taken By employer by holding salary and release documents

Resigned in 12th April 2024 with last working dayvas 12th July 2024. In last week of may comoany given me wfh. In first week of june suddenly company disconnected remote and my access punch without any intimation. Hold my may month salary and demanded 2L. Also hold my release documents. On 20th June I have paid 36k and also they hold may salary. On 20th June 24 given me release docs by specifying last working day as 31st May 2024 but this date nowhere informed me. Want all my money back.
In order to get back your Salary, you need to file a case in the concerned City Civil Court. Before filing a case, you need to send a Legal Notice in advance. If things won't work out from sending Legal Notice, then, think of filing a case.
