Exploited & unlawfully terminated from overseas assignment, what to do

A man of 47 years, got a new job, sent to Africa, got sick with wrong work/living conditions, VP's mail admired his work, honesty, talked for further promotion, approved medical treatment in India, after being back in India, he was fired without any reason/information till now? No response has been given so far for this physical, mental and financial harassment. Please write back for more details. Can someone please help?
My dear friend as you stated in your query , you have to just given a representation to your employer. Without any rehym and reasons you can not thrown out from the services. You should go through the MoU if any, then proceed.
