Hi I am from India actually I was working in MNC as a customer support executive and I was on resign period of 30 days but on the last working day company did not give me full salary amd they deducted incorrect amount in my salary and I got a salary on 30 November instead of 31 October that was my last working day and in the salary so many incorrect deductions so I contacted to hr in month of December 11th December he told me u will get the remaining amount very soon as and till now I did not get my remaining salary what should I do they mentally harassed me
you worked in mnc company but you resigned company and company didn't provide you full salary and they deducted incorrect amount in you kr salary they told you after settlement they will provide you but then also they are not giving you

you can initially send a legal notice to them demanding for your dues with interest and subsequently a suit for recovery along with damages can be filed. You can pursue the matter criminally however I would recommend going for a civil remedy
