Experience letter not provided after resignation what to do

13-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

From Dec 2015 working with call center, now i came to know that its not registered as per bpo standards. Got salary in my personal saving account from owners A/C. I only got offer letter through email till now. How can i get experience letter with all relevant documentation ?? They denied to provide any. I have only proof in my passbook in which they mentioned "Salary". They also constantly changed their office within Delhi. We are now 25 employees. Please suggest as earliest.

If that call centre is not registered as bpo standard, then it will deny to provide experience certificate. You have offer letter and bank statement . Is bank a/c is in the name of call centre? If yes , then you can prove in the court that you are/were working there since you were getting salary. You can get experience certificate.

if you guys want to pursue legal action against them for recovery you must, further you must thereafter try nd sue them for fraud under criminal law.
Most importantly all 25 of you must ensure you appropriately inform them that there is no future loss to anyone and inform them of your knowledge in a legal manner.
