Ex employer threatening to give bad feedback to employer what to do

I am working in small pvt. Ltd BPO As per the agreement i have serve my 30 days notice...now a days my TL is forcing me to take new responsibilities..i told him that i can't take..but said he will give my bad feedback to my new organization hr.. ?
write your objection letter regarding your grievance and send to your TL via post and email , so that if required you can produce it before any competent authority. this will help you ...

Try keeping all the communication formal and in written in the current situation with your TL and keep sending a copy of these emails and communication over your personal transcript.
And do you work as when assigned without bothering about the feedback. In future if he tries to malign your image by way of giving a bad feedback in that situation copies of these transcripts will help you.
