Ex employer filed FIR for stealing some company info what can I do

I have recently switched my job & now I came to know that my previous organisation has filed a FIR against me that I have mailed some important data to my personal mail ID during my notice period. I have been suggested to take a anticipatory bail and for the same I need your help & suggestion to address the issue.
In case if the case is already filed then the only option left is to face the lawsuit or compromise with the management. You need to come up with a defense with support of evidences.
