Error in online application for state gov job how to correct names now

While filling on line application by some one else other they misspelled my Mother' name as XXX to XXand did not put surname to fathers name . As I cleared the test and now i have to go for document verification . what should i do? How can i correct these mistakes?
You can give an affidavit within time about the correct name and if then also they will not accept the application form then we can file writ or original application as the case may be for the redressal of grievences
