Sir, We have been working in hscl a psu under steel ministry on contract for more than 3 years (min.) and some for 7 years( max.), without any PF or benefits. Now HSCL has been merged with NBCC a psu under Urban development ministry and now HSCL will be a profit making company . so in this case what are our scope for getting pay scale and can we get the status of a permanent employee of NBCC.
