Enforce 3 month notice period

My current employer is forcing me 3 month notice period for changing my job. We haven't sign any agreement for same. While joining we were told to serve one month notice period, it been six years since den. they say with the application of 6th Pay Scale, everyone is entitled to serve 3 month notice period.

You should immediately send a legal notice to your employer and demand payment of your dues and if your company then fails to pay then you can approach the appropriate labour court for redressal.

if there is no service condition between you and employer about three months notice then employer has no right to hold the salary benefits .if any certified service rules are there then it will be prevail . so approach to lawyer sent legal notice'
