Employment related as per LIC judgement

I have worked in LIC of India for 86 days during 1992 as temporary employee . As per the Judgement of SC in Civil Appeal No6950of 2009 (in case of Tamil Nadu Terminated Full Time Temporary LIC Employee Association V/S LIC of India) I am eligible for appointment on permanent basis. Requirement of LIC was to submit the application for employment along with certificate of employment before August 2015. Unfortunately I have lost that certificate now since it is very old case. Please advice what to do to get this employment? LIC does not have any record of that year now.

If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
