EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT IS BINDING OR NOT???????????????

30-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I signed an employment contract with an mnc named wipro to work for 12 months. In contract it is written that they will provide me training, so if I leave the job before 12 months I have to pay them 75000 as compensation. I have to leave my job due to my father's ill health(paralysis). I joined on 30 Sept. No training is provided to me so far except a 3 hour session in which nothing practical was taught apart from some basic theory about softwares used by company. Now they are threatening me to send legal notice if I didn't pay the amount. We are already in lot of debt, we cannot afford to pay such big amount to them. Please help

If you take a decision to leave the Company, then you will have to make a case to avoid that liability well in before. Though since you have agreed to the contract it is binding, however, you can always get out of such unilateral and tough conditions.
