You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
If they fails to respond to the notice or do not give any proper response thereto then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
You can further bring up a separate suit for mental harassment and agony which you have gone through at the hand of your previous employer.

Unusual for such thing to happen, however if you are aggrieved with decision of employer then you must send a legal notice to company. On a reply being recieved further advise can be given. As of now information is incomplete.

for the purpose of termination of an employee the basic step which is required is service of a show cause notice then an inquiry by a committee, then submission of inquiry report to a Disciplinary committee and finally the termination order passed by the concerned committee, if the said steps have not been adhered to, then you can file a complainant with a labour court for wrongful removal.
