Employer terminated me without notice and now not paying what to do

I was working in Amazon shopping hub as Facility Executive (F.E) located in doraha. Without noticed period my boss told me to leave the job and promised me he will pay but until now he didn't pay my salary and make everyday new excuse. Can any 1 suggest me what I can do next.
First of all, you should send a legal notice through an advocate to your employer requiring him to settle the dues and pay your due salary within stipulated time period which is generally 30 days. There are chances that the dispute will come to an end at this stage only and he will pay you your due salary. In case he doesn’t pay you the due amount even after notice been served then you can file a civil suit in appropriate Civil Court for recovery of dues and settlement of accounts.
