Employer refusing to pay salary to an employee on ground of theft

My name is M K I am working in a jewellery shop as a salesman.One day a lady stole a necklace when i was attending her. The necklace was around 90 thousand. Now my boss is saying that i will cut your salary and they are not paying me from 8 months. My salary is 17 thousand per month. What i should to do Please help me There is no employment agreement between us
Have you received any offer letter while joining to the Jewelry Shop, if you have then find what is the terms and conditions says if valuables are lost through your negligence and what is your liability for that. If it says it is your liability then you are responsible for that. Otherwise tell your employer to check the same in CC Tv and lodge a police complaint mean time it can be also seen in CC Tv whether you are delivering your duty diligently or not.
