Employer refusing to pay medical claim

Im joining one company XXXXX with personal surety bond with Rs. 3 Lak, in dec 2016, on Deductions of TDS, and serving duty till 11 month 20 days, due to some health issue Im taken a leave for 1 day, I informed My HR dept. after the savior health Issue I send a mail to HR and informing about health issue, asking for more leave till feel well, but my HR send me a reply with that your communication is unacceptable, You are required to come in person & explain the at your en on / before tuesday 30the nov 2017. please be informed that you are in violation of legal agreement of employment. In case you do not comply with the above, we will be left with no other option but to take you to the courts & prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Further Correspondence from our end will be initiated as the requirement of legal proceeding. and at the time of joining they promised me to provide mediclaim facility but still not providing the same. please guide.

With reference to the above statement, taking medical leaves is right of employee , whenever you are sick you are entitled to get it, don't worry we will take care of matter, kindly contact us to proceed
