I have served my 2 months notice period to the company and now management mailed me to work for another 2 months even after serving notice period
This is my response to you:
1. If they have accepted your resignation and ypu have completed the two months then you have nothing to worry;
2. You can leave the office;
3. Unless your terms of employment say otherwise;
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts, show your documents and take steps
