Employer not relieving without serving notice period

16-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Iam working for a small IT org in Hyderabad since June 2012. 3 months ago they relocated me to Banglore to work at client's location and promoted me. After me coming here, my mother fell sick and she might need to go through a surgery. Considering all this, I had sent a resignation email to my reporting manager and HR stating the reason and I can serve 1 month of notice (as per org norms, it is 2 months) and will do buy out for the 2nd month. Now my managers are threatening me they will not give me any relieving documents if I don't serve 2nd month notice period. How shall is proceed on this?

her as you said you need to give 2 months notice and you are willing to give one month notice.and buy out for second month still they are threatning you .here your organisation is not govt department /public sector .no need to worry we can serve a legal notice to them and see that u will be given reliveng documents
