Employer not releasing salary after resigning how to recover money

Hello, i am .actually I was working with an organization almost for 2 years after that I left the job with proper procedures I gave resignation then I have provided notice period and all the formality. After that I got reliving letter . After that I was supposed to get the notice period s remaining salary and experience letter n all after 45 days but it's been more than 80 day they are not releasing my salary neither they are giving experience letter n all .I already mail then but they are not replying to mail and call as well .. so I need proper guidance or solution so that I can get my full n final things to be done please ... how and what action to be taken Please Help me out

If u hv completed all formalities relating to leaving job and ur previous employer not responding to u then u hv to send legal notice to the employer. As ur waiting period is finished, u appoint lawyer and send notice asap
