Response to your queries:

(1) Yes, you can absolutely sue your employer for making you sign an unconscionable and frivolous contract;

(2) Violation of the Minimum Wages Act is a punishable offence and in your Legal Notice you may make a reference to the same;

(3) Withholding accumulated 3 month salary along with vital personal documents is a serious violation of the laws and may be punishable with heavy fine/penalty or more.

Yes you can take a legal action against your company. However before approaching the court I would suggest you to send them a legal notice highlighting all the grievances and demanding your salary. In the vent they fail to do so, you can approach the civil court

Hello sir I have perused your query. You can sue the employer for recovery of dues in the competent court of law. We would be able to give you more information on this after perusal of your employment contract, if you will provide us with the same.
