Employer not paying salary and threatening

I was working for a female employer as a uber and ola driver. Most of the time she didn't had any money for the car maintenance and gas aswell so i spent money for her car and now i have left her job and she is now refusing to pay my salary and spent money.
You can do the following:
1. File a complaint against Uber company against your female employer;
2. Send a legal notice to this female employer;
3. If she still refuses then you can file an FIR in the nearest police station.
