Employer not paying salary and bonus, terminated me when asked, advise

My employer has kept my salary nd bonus pending.i asked her about it time to time. Den she just did timepass den she msg me to come for full nd final. At the time of full nd final she informed me that she has terminated me. Then I ask her reason. She fails to give me. Den she deducted rs 5500/- I asked the reason of deduction she never gave me details about it.wt should I do?

You haven't mentioned your designation, nature of duties,etc. In case you are a workman , then I can challenge your termination before lab court and also file appln under sec 33(c) 2 of IDA 1947.
