Employer not following the orders given by HC what action can I take

I am literate appointed as Class IV employee and deputed at clerical job for 15 years unofficially. After 15 years i was sent back to my class IV job. i approach AP High Court and got several orders in my favor directing my employer to continue at clerical works only. But employer not implementing any of the HC orders by engaging AG level advocate. Sufficient documents available with me authenticating my 15 years clerical deputation, but employer not accepting that i was utilized 15 years completely clerical side to escape from doing justice. employer spent lakhs of rupees on case

You can file an execution petition in the High Court for the execution of the order. If the other party fails to execute the Court order, the court can impose penalty on the party.
