Employer is not settling my dues. What are my legal rights

Have worked for about 6year8month with construction company,having H.O. at sector32 Gurgaon.Not paying my final settlement.

In such eventuality you have to take steps as per your terms and condition. If their is arbitration clause in your agreement, then can go for appointment of arbitrator. Or else of not then can file civil suit.
