Employer is not settling gratuity.

I worked 5 years 2 months in private organization and resigned ... after left company,From last 6 months I am following up for my gratuity. They are not responding me properly. I contacted many times through call and email ...(Looks like not interested to settle) Please guide me what can I do now.

employer cannot refuse the gratuity for you , you can file Complaint before labour commissioner and court under gratuity act and you have submit application and forms before authority, kindly approach any labour advocate they can guide you with legal procedures.

please send a legal notice to previous employer asking for settling your gratuity payment days they do not pay your gratuity amount in 15 days of time please go ahead by filing a case in labour Court please call me for more information to help you out in this matter
