Employer is not paying the salary since last four months what to do.

Dear Sir/Madam, My employer is not paying the salary since last four months.now I don't have any money so I am not going to the office since they haven't paid the salary .I am the only son of my parents and I have to support them financially.i have to pay for my loans credit card .I have a huge burden now.inspite of so many reminders he is not paying the money.he is very influential.what action can I take against him and how many days it will take to recover money from him.can I get the relieving letter also.Please suggest as now I am very much depressed and feel like committing suicide
1. Send a legal notice;
2. If they don't respond to your demand notice, file a civil suit for recovery of dues.
