Employer is not paying full & final settlement what to do

Hi, My previous employer (XYZ Technical Service, located in Gurgaon, Haryana) is not paying the Fnf amount since last one year. Currently I am working in Pune city. Is there any way to take legal action against my previous employer without going to Gurgaon? Actually I am fear of that leagl action takes a long time and I might need to go Gurgaon for multiple times which is waste of time and money both. So I was looking if there is any way I can take from Pune? Thanks!
You can send a legal notice through a advocate. If the company settles the matter you can get your amount. Another way is you can come a criminal complainant against the company. Then also matter can be settled
