Dear Sir, Any employees employment is entirely governed by the agreement signed between the employer and the employee. At the outset it appears to be a matter of wrongful retention of money. However, a proper advice can be given only after looking at the service agreement agreed between the parties. Also we would advise you not to sign no dues form else you will loose your right to file any complaints against them. Also as it is the statutory liability of the employer o issue the salary slip under Income Tax laws. A violation of this attracts penalty. You can inform them of the same.
