Employer holding salary along with my certificates

Dear Sir,
On November 4th, I formally submitted my resignation to my employer. Unfortunately, they have refused to accept it due to a lack of a suitable replacement. I am currently in my probationary period, which requires a one-month notice period. My employer is withholding my original certificates and a month's salary as a security deposit. Despite continuing to work, I have not received my salary for the current month.
I am eager to leave the company I kindly request your guidance.
hi first need to see the appointment letter and its terms and conditions and if they are not relaeasing the salary then you could send legal notice in case and seek salary and compensation and other bemefits
