Employer forcing to serve notice period.

my company is forcing me to give 45 days notice period,I requested them that kindly charge me the money in place of notice as I am not I. situation to give notice period but the employer has warned me to terminate or abscond.they also denied to give me any experience letter or relieving letter..however couple of months back they took money from an employee as she could not serve notice but they are saying no to me now..plz advise as soon as possible..

In order to advise you about your situation it is required to go through your company's policy of employment.

Your employment letter should have all those clause. If the policy specify something on those terms that you are imposed on right now by the company you have to abide by them, but if you not you can send them a legal letter through an advocate, for imposing arbitrary and random rules on you.
