Employer did not clear dues/ Provided Experience letter

01-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My last employer terminated me false allegations after I resigned due to their mental harassments. They said they will clear my dues and provide the experience letter but they never did. I send e-mails and called them many times last year but they never responded back.

Hello, Greetings for the day. You should initiate legal action for recovery of your legitimate dues and seek experience letter as well. Would advise you to issue a legal notice through an advocate initially seeking recovery of dues and experience certificate

this is a fit case for filing a complaint with the Labour Commissioner of the relevant jurisdiction . for the purposes of filing the said complaint it is essential to keep hold of all the necessary and relevant documents related to employment .
