Employer ask for resignation after working 1.5 years.

Have been working with a company since October, 2013. But all of a sudden my boss and hr asked me to resgin by saying you ate not capable of performing duties after almoat 1.5 years of serive in same role. Pls suggest
1. Your query is silent whether you want to work with the company or not?
