EMPLOYEMENT BOND ISSUE AND LEGAL ACTIONS

I have a bond from one company. However, they have given me only copy of the same and no signature of any Ceo. It is only having stamp and my signature. Is this a legal bond?
Handing over the original version of the bond is highly unusual in such cases. Signatures of the CEO of the company are also rarely present in such bonds. What is important is that it must have some management personnel's signatures as acknowledgement. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

See there authorized signatory will sign as and when they want to enforce the same. You have been handed over the photocopy of the bond. Usually in corporates photocopies are given to the employees. It will be a valid BOND since it bears your signatures and they have the original version and can put their signaturs and make it legally enforceable. For opinion you may contact us.
