Sir,
My issue is that an employee working from past many years was fired from service on account of misbehaving and bothering other employeess working in organisation. Now employee is threatening that he will file a suit in court that he should not be fired from job and making unnecessary pressure to restore his employment.

Sir.. Please let us know that in what manner that employee is creating pressure on you.. Has he given any legal notice?? If yes then we need to see it.. In addition to this we have to see reason that you have provided in your mail while terminating him..
