Employee absent without notice for more than 90 day how to remove them

Sir/Ma'm, In one of my friend's company, his employees most of them are drivers have stopped coming to duties without intimation. Some are absent for more than 3months (around 90 employees), still he is showing them in his attendance register as absent. 1. What is the procedure to terminate them / show them as left employees in our records. 2. Is there any provision that after so many days of absence, we can consider him as a wilful absentee and terminate him / show him as left employee in our records. Please advice.

Dear Sir,

Is there any agreement between the employer and employee. if yes there must be a clause for termination does the clause of termination show absentee clause.

if an employee is absent for such long time you can also terminate him by paying his due if any and terminate him with immediate effect.
