Employed in US-based company which closed their office without notice

Respected Sir , I was working in a USA based solar computer in India while it's head office is in USA but suddenly one of their India representative emailed me that company has shutdown it's India operation so the last working day is 30th June while they emailed me on the same date without noticing me at least before 30 days and now they are not giving me compensation and experience certificates even I have sent them legal notice from labour officer but they are not obeying and shifting all the materials to USA from India bhubaneswar . Sir pleaseease suggest me how can I get my experience cirtificates and compensation for on official termination . Thanks & regards
