ELIGIBLITY OF GRATUITY AFTER WORKING OF 4YEARS AND 194 DAYS

I have resigned from a private company after working of 4 years and 194 days. Working days of company was 5 days in a week.
Am I eligible for gratuity as my company didn't provide the same.
Kindly also suggest that, if i am eligible then how much tenure will be calculated
