Eligibility of nationalized banks to file application to High court

Can an employee of a nationalised bank write a letter in his individul capacity to High Court seeking justice in service matter like right to leave a job or non action on VRS application even though he was eligible?
no. it is not a proper procedure for individual grivences addressed to directly to high court . you can / may approach to labour tribunal or labour comissionar with written application . you shall also approach to industrial tribunal for the unfair practices also.
