Eligibility for OBC non creamy layer

some my father retired last year in January he worked as a class c employee and retired as a class B employee now I want to know am I eligible for a non creamy layer certificate and if yes then what document my father need to produce at cncerned office
dear you are not falling in the definition of creamy layer so you can avail benefits of reservation as per rules provided for OBC subject to satisfaction of other conditions prevailing for the same. you need to submit all relevant documents like income proof and caste certificate and affidavit and discuss with authority in this regard. U you have to produce your retirement certificate along with the pension certificate showing that you are receiving very less pension does your your case is not covered under creamy layer when you are in entitle for the benefits
