Effect on employment if any criminal case is pending

I am going to join the BSF. If any cases like molestation, attempt to murder against me stay pending, will there be any problems with the police verification and service? It is to mention that the employees of this service cannot attend courts every time as they are to remain away from homes.
MY OPINION THAT you should be clear about you status of case & the present position of the case to the competent authority / authorities & give the letter to the authority /authorities with the help of legal correspondences to clear the views to do the service.
