If a person is named in the FIR under Section 354B of the IPC but is not named in the charge sheet, the mere filing of an FIR will not automatically disqualify the individual from securing a government job. Since their name is not included in the charge sheet, it suggests that the investigation did not find sufficient evidence to proceed against them, which strengthens their case. However, government job applications may require disclosure of any FIRs filed. The final decision regarding employment depends on the employer’s discretion, the severity of the case, and the rules applicable to that particular post.

Dear sir It is the well settled law that investigation is not bound by the chargesheet. Your name might not be in chargesheet, but it is there in the FIR and that will certainly be problematic until the FIR is quashed. You may consult me to know as to how to quash this FIR once in for all.
