Duties & Responsibilities of Inquiry officer towards giving recommendation for an independent inquires for unearthing the financial scams & corruptions during or at the conclusion of a departmental inquiry when it is apparent from the submitted documents by the Charged officer that the initiated actions of disciplinary proceedings against charged officer are untenable,baseless,biased,motivated and revengeful actions for blowing whistle against the financial scams committed by the departmental authorities.(past& present).
