Dues not cleared by employer

I have been laid off from my role with a days notice by my previous employer as there was some financial crisis. It's been 3 months, he hasn't paid my pending dues. Please suggest course of action.

Hello,
You could issue a legal notice to your employer calling upon the employer to pay your salary dues and other statutory dues (if any). If the employer fails to pay the dues despite the notice, you could consider the initiation of legal proceedings.
