Driving private registered four vehicle given by company privately

My company have alloted me a private registration four wheeler for my individual need. Can I drive it with my private LMV driving licence with an authorization letter on stamp paper provided by my company.
Do check in whose name the vehicle is registered. if is is registered in the name of teh company as Private vehicle, i feel that it will not be a problem. However, exact opinion can be given after looking at your appointment letter, Registration, DL, etc.
