Does termination from Public bank affect eligibility to UPSC job

sir, I have been on unauthorised leave for a long period for which I faced a disciplinary committee. Now they are most probably going to terminate me from my service. My concern is am I eligible for UPSC exams? Pls explain thanks

This is my response to you:
1. No you are eligible for UPSC exams;
2. Provided the report is made available to you and it does not sentence you the harshest punishment;
3. Give very good reasons (medical or family) for unauthorised leaves and they shall not give you a large penalty.

As per your query you have been on leave for longer time with any due intimation or reason. In this situation you can present your self with genuine reason before committee.
As you ate stating you are eligible for UPSC, have to explain how it concern with your job.
